For restricted direct to lung (RDTL) vaping, it's recommended to use the preinstalled 0.4ohm Xros pod with containing 70VG or higher. If you prefer mouth to lung (MTL) vaping, we suggest using or 50VG/50PG with the 0.8ohm Xros pod.
